Role Description The Production Planner role at Jina Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. The Production Planner is responsible for creating and monitoring production schedules, coordinating with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing. Daily tasks include analyzing demand and capacity, planning material and resource requirements, tracking work orders,



and adjusting plans to resolve bottlenecks or delays. The role involves maintaining accurate production data, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene standards. The Production Planner will also collaborate with management to align production plans with customer orders, export commitments, and inventory targets. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Schedules management.
• Candidates should possess solid Planning and Analytical Skills for demand forecasting, capacity analysis, and problem-solving.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and report production status clearly.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or FMCG, preferably in hygiene, cosmetics, or related industries.
• Working knowledge of ERP or production planning software and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Understanding of quality, safety, and hygiene standards in production environments.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Production Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
