The US Car Rental Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, focused on selling car rental services to customers in the US market. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls or online inquiries, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable rental options and add-on services. The executive will prepare and update bookings, process payments, manage changes or cancellations, and ensure accurate data entry in CRM or booking systems. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, following standardized scripts and compliance guidelines, coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations, and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of car rental policies, pricing, promotions, and US market trends to better serve customers and improve conversion rates. Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a customer-facing role.




• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), with the ability to handle US-based customers professionally and clearly.
• Customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Comfort with CRM tools, booking platforms, and basic computer applications (MS Office, email, web-based tools).
• Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-oriented environment with attention to accuracy and detail in documentation.
• Prior experience in car rental, travel, hospitality, or BPO serving international customers is preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts that align with US time zones, as required by business needs.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
