Role Description The Vice President of Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving growth across Feedback Infra’s infrastructure verticals and geographies. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding relationships with key clients such as government agencies, multilateral institutions, and private sector stakeholders. The Vice President will lead the preparation of proposals and bids, oversee contract negotiations, and collaborate closely with consulting, engineering, and operations teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends.



Daily responsibilities include developing business plans, monitoring market and competitive intelligence, managing high-value accounts, and ensuring revenue and margin targets are met. The role also includes mentoring the business development team, representing the company at industry forums, and contributing to long-term strategic planning. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Sales skills, with a proven track record in infrastructure or related sectors.
• Candidates should possess Business Planning and strategic growth skills, including market analysis, opportunity assessment, and revenue forecasting.
• Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills, with experience structuring complex deals, PPP arrangements, and multi-stakeholder agreements.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and long-term client retention.
• Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in business development, consulting, or infrastructure services, with leadership responsibility for teams and P&L.;
• Strong understanding of transportation, energy, or urban infrastructure markets, and familiarity with government procurement and PPP frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers across public and private sectors.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
