#HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FREELANCER | MJ MARKETING CONSULTANCY MJ Marketing Consultancy is looking for motivated and self-driven Business Development Freelancers to join us on a flexible, performance-driven basis.

What You'll Do
* Understand and represent MJ Marketing Consultancy's IT and Non-IT services.
* Identify potential B2B and B2C businesses and decision-makers.
* Generate your own leads primarily through LinkedIn.
* Research prospects, understand their requirements, and conduct professional outreach.
* Present relevant services and follow up with interested prospects.
* Convert prospects into business opportunities and schedule interested clients for a meeting with Management/HR Head.
* Work towards successful business closures and maintain regular coordination with the company. Performance & Commission
* A minimum of 1 successful business closure per month is required.
* Compensation will be performance-based, with commission provided on successful business conversions/closures.
* The commission structure will be discussed separately as part of the contractual agreement.




* Failure to achieve the minimum monthly closure requirement may result in contract cancellation, as per the agreed terms. Long-Term Engagement MJ Marketing Consultancy aims to build a long-term professional working relationship with Business Development Freelancers, based on performance, contribution, and continued collaboration. A monthly review meeting will be conducted to discuss leads, conversions, challenges, opportunities, and overall performance. What We're Looking For
