Sector 30, Gurugram (Work From Office) ? Role: Customer Success Associate – Taxation Support ? CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for Customer Success Associates to support customers in an International Taxation Support Process. The role involves assisting customers with tax-related queries, providing accurate information, and delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries related to taxation support through calls.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.




• Accurately document customer interactions and case updates. Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• Minimum 6 months of International Customer Support experience.
• Experience in Taxation Support or Finance Support will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of taxation, financial documentation, or tax-related processes is an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
