Key Responsibilities
• Netlist to GDSII Flow: Hands-on experience in complete Physical Design flow including Floorplanning, Placement, Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS), Routing, and Timing Closure (STA).
• Sign-off Checks: Expertise in performing sign-off checks including DRC, LVS, ERC, IR-Drop, and Crosstalk analysis.
• Low-Power Design: Experience with low-power design techniques (UPF/CPF, clock gating, multi-VDD).
• Optimization: Strong expertise in timing analysis, power/area optimization,



and solving complex closure issues at advanced technology nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with RTL, Synthesis, Package, and DFT teams for successful tape-out. Required Qualifications & Skills

B.
E. / B.
Tech / M.
E. / M.
Tech in Electronics & Communication, VLSI, or related fields.
•

Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in ASIC/SoC Physical Design.
• EDA Tools: Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard tools:
• Cadence: Innovus, Tempus, Voltus
• Synopsys: ICC2 / Fusion Compiler, PrimeTime, RedHawk
• Solid scripting skills in Tcl, Perl, or Python for flow automation.
