About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the US or North American market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to engage prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research prospective customers in the US and North American markets. Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn. Engage decision-makers, understand their business needs, and communicate value propositions effectively. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Maintain a consistent outreach pipeline and achieve lead generation and meeting-booking targets. Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.



Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development, with exposure to the US or North American market. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Solid sales acumen, persuasive abilities, and confidence in handling cold calls. Prior experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting. Ability to engage US-based prospects professionally and build rapport with decision-makers. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is an advantage.
