Role Description The Typist (Hindi/English) role at Vistarak Group is a full time, The typist is responsible for accurately typing documents in both Hindi and English, including letters, reports, forms, and other office materials. The role also involves handling basic clerical activities such as organizing files, maintaining records, and supporting office communication.



The typist will collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments and maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Type documents, letters, agreements, notices, reports, and other official documents in Hindi and English.
• Perform accurate Hindi and English typing as per the required format.
• Prepare and format documents in MS Word.
• Maintain proper records of typed documents and files.
• Convert handwritten or scanned documents into editable formats.
• Check documents for spelling, typing, and formatting errors.
• Make corrections and updates in documents as instructed by seniors.
• Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
• Complete assigned work within the given deadlines.
