We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Simulation & Interactive Training Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of an advanced, web-based maritime technical training platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating realistic 3D models, equipment animations, interactive simulations and immersive learning experiences focused on shipboard machinery, marine automation, monitoring and safety systems. This position requires a combination of 3D modeling, animation, technical visualization and interactive web-development expertise.

Key Responsibilities
i. Design and develop realistic 3D models of marine machinery, industrial equipment and shipboard systems. ii. Create interactive, browser-based 3D training modules using Three.js, WebGL or equivalent technologies. iii. Develop 360° equipment visualization, rotation, zoom, component selection and interactive information panels. iv. Produce animations demonstrating equipment functions, operating principles, process flows and mechanical movements. v. Convert engineering drawings, equipment photographs and technical references into accurate 3D assets. vi. Build interactive equipment identification and technical learning experiences. vii. Support the development of simulation-based training scenarios, including equipment operations, alarms and troubleshooting, as required. viii. Integrate 3D models and animations into web-based applications. ix. Optimize 3D models, textures and animations for smooth browser performance. x. Collaborate with management, marine technical specialists and other project stakeholders to understand training requirements. xi. Maintain organized project files, reusable 3D assets, source code and technical documentation. xii. Support testing, troubleshooting,



improvements and future expansion of the training platform. Technical Skills Required 3D Modeling & Animation i. Strong proficiency in Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max or equivalent 3D modeling software. ii. Experience with realistic equipment modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering and animation. iii. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, equipment layouts and technical references. iv. Knowledge of GLB/glTF, FBX and other relevant 3D asset formats. Interactive Development i. Practical experience with Three.js, WebGL or similar real-time 3D technologies. ii. Strong understanding of JavaScript and interactive web applications. iii. Experience implementing clickable 3D components, animations, camera controls and interactive user interfaces. iv. Familiarity with React Three Fiber or React.js would be advantageous. v. Ability to optimize and deploy 3D applications for web browsers. Simulation & Training i. Understanding of technical visualization, industrial simulations or interactive learning applications. ii. Ability to translate complex equipment functions into transparent visual demonstrations. iii. Experience creating educational or simulation-based user experiences. Maritime Equipment & Systems i. - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Animation, Game Development, Multimedia, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing interactive 3D applications, simulations or technical visualization projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed 3D modeling, animation and interactive development work.
- Ability to work independently, solve technical challenges and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
