• The Quality Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing quality-related activities in plant operations. Daily tasks include monitoring product quality parameters, supervising quality control testing, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and relevant regulations. Responsibilities
• Conduct routine quality checks on galvanised nuts, bolts, fasteners and other parts.
• Monitor galvanizing quality, coating thickness, surface finish and common coating defects.
• Assist with chemical testing and monitoring of process parameters.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Maintain daily quality records, inspection reports and checklists.
• Identify quality issues, report deviations and coordinate with the production team to resolve them.




• Follow established procedures and help maintain consistency in product quality.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure that routine checks are completed on time Who we're looking for
• A responsible, sincere and dependable individual with a strong work ethic.
• Someone who is eager to learn, receptive to feedback and willing to develop technical skills.
• A person with good observation skills and attention to detail.
• Someone who follows procedures, maintains accurate records and takes initiative when problems arise.
• A candidate with a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in galvanizing or quality control is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally key.
