Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to generate accurate reports and actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate reports.
• Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Monitor business performance metrics and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Prepare presentations and summaries of analytical findings for management.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Support business planning and operational decision-making through data analysis.
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data definitions.




• Identify opportunities to improve reporting methodologies and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and company reporting standards. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in reporting, business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS, SAP BusinessObjects, or Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an advantage.
• Experience supporting business operations or executive reporting.
