Role Description: We are looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Trainee Marketing Executive/ Marketing Exeuctive to support our Growth and Marketing team. The role involves email and LinkedIn outreach, lead and prospect management, content ideation, and capturing company events and team activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and an eagerness to learn about marketing, business growth, and emerging technologies. The candidate will also assist in creating marketing materials, maintaining activity trackers, coordinating with internal teams,



and supporting various growth initiatives to strengthen the company's online presence and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Manage prospect data, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Capture photos and videos during company events, sessions, and team activities.
- Brainstorm content ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create basic creatives, presentations, and visual assets using Canva.
- Maintain daily trackers, reports, and growth activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing and growth initiatives. What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication and professional writing skills.
- Confidence in interacting with people and capturing event content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- An eye for photography, videography, and creative content.
