Role Description The Senior Quality Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar. This position is responsible for overseeing quality engineering activities, including the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems and processes. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring product quality, conducting root cause analysis, leading corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, R&D;, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence. The Senior Quality Engineer will also prepare quality documentation, support audits,



mentor junior quality staff, and contribute to strategic quality initiatives to enhance overall operational performance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to design, implement, and optimize quality systems and processes.
• Candidates should possess solid experience in Quality Control and Product Quality to monitor, test, and validate products against internal and regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Quality Assurance to develop procedures, conduct audits, and ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related technical field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related regulated industries, with familiarity in GMP and relevant quality standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mentor less experienced colleagues.
