Our AI agents work across websites, ecommerce stores, WhatsApp, and other customer channels. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor who can turn our product, customer problems, and ideas into engaging videos consistently. What You’ll Do 1. Create Videos Every Day
• Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce product demos, AI explainers, tutorials, feature walkthroughs, and use-case videos.
• Shoot videos independently using a smartphone or camera.
• Edit videos with captions, transitions, screen recordings, voiceovers, and suitable visuals.
• Repurpose longer videos into multiple short-form clips. 2. Develop Content Ideas and Scripts
• Research trending video formats, hooks, and topics relevant to AI, technology, ecommerce, and business owners.
• Write short, engaging scripts that explain complex ideas in simple language.
• Develop creative ways to showcase how StepsAI helps businesses solve real problems.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and suggest new content ideas. 3. Be Comfortable on Camera
• Appear in videos and present product features, tutorials, and business use cases.
• Record voiceovers and explain AI concepts in a clear, engaging manner.
• Help build a recognizable face and personality for StepsAI’s social media presence. 4. Support Social Media Publishing
• Prepare videos for publishing across relevant social media platforms.
• Write captions and suggest relevant titles, hooks, and thumbnails.




• Maintain a consistent content pipeline and publishing schedule.
• Monitor video performance and use the results to improve future content. What We’re Looking For
• Strong interest in video creation, storytelling, and social media content.
• Ability to independently script, shoot, and edit short-form videos.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and communicating in English.
• Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, VN, or similar editing software.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video formats.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment.
• Ability to work consistently and deliver content on schedule.

Experience:
Freshers with strong creative skills and a good portfolio are welcome. A degree is not mandatory if you can demonstrate your skills. Experience creating content for technology companies, SaaS products, startups, or B2B brands is an advantage, but not required. What Success Looks Like
• Consistently producing approximately one publishable short-form video per working day.
• Building a steady pipeline of video ideas, scripts, and finished content.
• Creating videos that make StepsAI’s product easy to understand.
• Improving content quality, engagement, reach, and eventually product enquiries.
