Role Description The Internal Auditor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves planning and executing internal audit assignments across accounting, taxation, payroll, and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements. The Internal Auditor will review financial records and supporting documentation, test controls, identify risks or process gaps, and prepare explicit audit workpapers. Daily responsibilities include performing financial audits,



evaluating process effectiveness. The role also requires close collaboration with accounting and finance teams, maintaining documentation accuracy, and contributing to continuous improvement of internal policies and procedures. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data and process flows.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing audit reports and conducting financial audits.
• Sound understanding of finance, accounting principles, and internal control frameworks.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CIA) are an advantage.
• Proficiency with accounting and audit tools, spreadsheets, and documentation standards.
• Attention to detail, ethical judgment, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in internal audit, external audit, or similar assurance roles is preferred.
