Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Fresco You’s eco-friendly products
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eco-friendly offerings
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
• Raise invoices for confirmed orders accurately and promptly
• Follow up on deliveries to confirm the order reached the customer
