About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and well-travelled Luxury Travel Consultant who can transform travel aspirations into extraordinary, tailor-made journeys. From handpicked luxury stays and private transfers to immersive cultural encounters and exclusive experiences, you will craft itineraries that reflect each traveller’s unique preferences, personality, and definition of luxury. As the primary point of contact throughout the travel journey, you will combine destination expertise, creative itinerary design, and exceptional client service to deliver seamless, memorable experiences for discerning travellers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Crafting Bespoke Luxury Experiences
• Design highly personalised domestic and international itineraries tailored to clients’ interests, travel styles, budgets, and expectations.
• Curate premium and luxury experiences, including boutique and luxury hotels, private guided tours, exclusive excursions, fine dining, and unique local encounters.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of luxury destinations, emerging travel trends, exceptional properties, and offbeat experiences across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and beyond.
• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, luxury accommodation, private transfers, rail journeys, curated activities, and destination experiences. 2. Luxury Sales & Client Relationship Management
• Engage with discerning clients, understand their travel aspirations, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative selling.
• Recommend and upsell relevant premium services, room categories,



exclusive experiences, private guides, and other value-added offerings.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding individual client preferences and delivering consistently personalised service.
• Drive repeat business, referrals, and revenue growth within the luxury FIT segment. 3. Seamless Travel Operations
• Ensure accuracy in bookings, travel documentation, confirmations, vouchers, visa information, and pre-departure communication.
• Coordinate effectively with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, and ground-handling partners to deliver seamless travel experiences.
• Provide timely on-tour assistance and resolve unexpected changes or travel disruptions with professionalism and composure.
• Maintain detailed client records, itinerary documentation, and sales pipelines using travel CRM systems. 4. Destination Expertise & Continuous Learning
• Stay updated on luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, premium hospitality offerings, and experiential travel.
• Build strong supplier relationships to access quality services, competitive commercial terms, and distinctive experiences.
• Continuously enhance destination knowledge to create itineraries that go beyond the conventional and deliver genuine value. What We’re Looking For
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in tailor-made travel, luxury FIT,



premium holiday planning, or customised international travel.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations, flight connectivity, seasonality, accommodation options, and ground logistics.
• A genuine appreciation for luxury hospitality, experiential travel, and personalised service.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, well-presented itineraries.
• Strong sales, negotiation, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in travel CRM systems and itinerary planning tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple itineraries simultaneously.
