10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST) Working Days: Monday to Saturday ABOUT PHOTON RETOUCH Photon Retouch is a global photo editing and post-production company providing retouching, image editing, album design, and video editing services to photographers, studios, agencies, brands, and e-commerce businesses worldwide. JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, acquire new clients, and grow our international customer base. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, cold calling, and social media marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ContactOut, Lusha, Apollo, Google research, and other prospecting tools.
• Research decision-makers and build targeted prospect databases.
• Execute cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and social media outreach campaigns.
• Schedule meetings, present company services, and convert prospects into clients.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients.




• Research global markets and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and business opportunities. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales, Digital Marketing, or Client Acquisition will be preferred.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ContactOut, Lusha, Apollo, Google prospecting, and similar lead generation tools.
• Understanding of cold emailing, cold calling, outbound sales, and lead nurturing.
• Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook outreach.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience targeting clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Middle East markets will be preferred.
