About The Job Job Context: A Senior Research Scientist is responsible for leading scientific research projects, developing innovative products or technologies, and providing technical expertise to support business growth and research objectives. Scope of Work
• Assist in formulation development of solid, liquid, or semi-solid dosage forms
• Perform lab-scale trials and record observations
• Support preparation of trial batches and stability samples
• Maintain proper documentation (lab notebooks, reports, protocols)
• Assist in analytical testing and evaluation of formulations
• Follow GLP (Valuable Laboratory Practices) and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Production) Requires Skills
• Exposure to instruments (HPLC, UV, Coating machines, GPCG etc.)
• Knowledge of coating, granulation, tablets, oral formulation, dissolution




• Basic understanding of 1. Pharmaceutical formulations, 2. Dosage forms (tablets, capsules, etc.)
• Knowledge of GLP / GMP practices
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work in lab environment
