Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and achieve business targets.
- Monitor branch productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure portfolio quality through effective risk management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- Conduct field visits to monitor branch operations and compliance.
- Review MIS reports and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Lead, train, and guide branch staff to improve performance. Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5 years of experience exclusively in the MFI sector.
- Robust experience in JLG lending, branch operations, and team management.
- Good knowledge of portfolio management, audit compliance, and field operations.
