Role Description The Campus Leader role at SYHYP is a full-time, remote position responsible for growing awareness and engagement with SYHYP within a designated college or university community. On a day-to-day basis, the Campus Leader will organize online and campus-focused outreach activities, promote SYHYP initiatives through social channels, student groups, and events, and serve as the primary point of contact between SYHYP and campus organizations. The role involves coordinating information sessions or workshops related to AI and creativity, identifying partnership opportunities with clubs and departments, and gathering feedback from students to help shape SYHYP’s products and programs. The Campus Leader will also create concise content for student audiences,



maintain regular communication with SYHYP’s core team, and track metrics related to participation, sign-ups, and engagement. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy community-building, advocacy for new technologies, and working independently while collaborating virtually with a broader team. Qualifications
• Strong campus engagement and leadership abilities, including experience in student organizations, peer outreach, or event coordination.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly in writing and verbally to diverse student audiences.
• Interest in AI, creativity tools, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and explain these concepts to others.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple initiatives, deadlines, and remote collaboration effectively.
• Comfort with social media, online communities, and digital platforms for promoting programs and engaging peers.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, take initiative, and provide regular updates to the SYHYP team.
• Enrollment at a college or university, with robust connections to campus networks; prior ambassador or representative experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and creating welcoming spaces for all community members.
