- To provide technical solutions and commercial support for customer requirements by selecting appropriate seal/system, preparing technical proposals, supporting sales activities, and coordinating with customers, OEMs, and internal teams to achieve business objectives. A
- 1 JOB CONTENT: Technical Proposal & Quotation Support
• Review customer RFQs, specifications, datasheets, and documents.
• Select suitable seal/system based on application requirements.
• Prepare techno-commercial quotations and costing.
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams for quotation closure. Application Review & Product Selection
• Analyze process conditions such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, fluid properties, and operating conditions.
• Recommend appropriateseal/system.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. Customer Technical Support
• Clarify technical requirements with customers.
• Respond to technical queries and deviations.
• Participate in customer meetings, discussions, and technical presentations. Documentation
• Prepare technical datasheets, deviation lists, sizing calculations.
• Review drawings, BOMs, and engineering documents.
• Maintain application records and project documentation. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with sales, project management, operations,



manufacturing, quality, and service teams.
• Coordinate with global engineering centers and OEM partners for technical inputs.
• Support order execution and project handover activities. Order Execution Support
• Verify customer purchase orders against quotations.

• Support order execution with technical documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and project reviews.
• Maintain quotation turnaround time and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain records of quotations, technical submissions, and customer communications.
