Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp, Zoom and Google Meet.
• Understand learners’ educational backgrounds, career goals and learning requirements.
• Guide learners towards suitable psychology programmes by explaining the curriculum, eligibility, fees and career opportunities.
• Handle queries, address concerns and resolve objections related to courses and admissions.
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert qualified enquiries into enrolments.




• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up notes and updates in the CRM.
• Manage the admissions pipeline and assist candidates throughout the enrolment process. ✅ What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valuable counselling, profiling and pitching abilities.
• Excellent follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• A target-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple leads.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales processes.
• Prior experience in EdTech, education counselling, admissions or inside sales will be preferred.
• Exposure to the psychology or education industry will be an added advantage.
