About the Role

The Associate Consultant is an early-career consultingprofessional responsible for supporting digital transformation and AI-enabledinitiatives through business analysis, project execution, and continuouslearning. Working under the guidance of Consultants, Senior Consultants, andPrincipal Consultants, the Associate Consultant contributes to project deliveryby gathering requirements, documenting business processes, performing analysis,coordinating project activities, and supporting implementation.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop techno-functionalconsulting skills while gaining exposure to enterprise technologies, AI,analytics, Agile delivery, and client engagement. The ideal candidate isanalytical, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn emerging technologiesand consulting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery Support

- Support Consultants in delivering digitaltransformation and AI-enabled initiatives across the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC).

- Assist in executing project activities includingrequirement gathering, documentation, testing, implementation, and post-go-livesupport.

- Track assigned tasks, project milestones, actionitems, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.





- Participate in Agile ceremonies including dailystand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams tosupport successful project execution.

Business Analysis & Documentation

- Gather and document business requirementsthrough stakeholder discussions and workshops.

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs),Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process maps, meetingminutes, and other project documentation.

- Analyze business processes and identifyopportunities for process improvement and automation.

- Support solution walkthroughs, requirementvalidation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Maintain project documentation and knowledgerepositories.

Technology & AI Exposure

- Develop an understanding of enterpriseapplications, AI, Generative AI, analytics, and automation technologies.

- Support implementation teams by validatingbusiness requirements and documenting functional solutions in preparing dashboards, reports, andbusiness insights using analytical tools where applicable.

- Continuously build technical knowledge throughcertifications, training, and project experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work collaboratively with business users,delivery teams, and project stakeholders.

- Participate in client meetings, workshops, andsolution demonstrations.

- Communicate project updates, action items, anddocumentation clearly and professionally.





- Seek guidance from senior team members whileproactively taking ownership of assigned tasks.

Learning & Continuous Improvement

- Develop consulting, business analysis, andproject management capabilities through structured learning and hands-onproject experience.

- Contribute ideas to improve project delivery,documentation, and operational efficiency.

- Support the development of reusable templates,best practices, and knowledge assets.

- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI,analytics, automation, and digital transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–4 years of experience in Business Analysis,Technology Consulting, Software Delivery, Project Coordination, or relatedroles.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering,Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, or relateddisciplines.

- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solvingskills.

- Good communication, documentation, andpresentation abilities.

- Basic understanding of Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Passion for learning AI, automation, analytics,and emerging technologies.
