Position Overview:Technology-based financial tools are a key offering for Uniqus. TheAnalyst/Associate Consultant will support the implementation and deployment ofsuch tools at clients. This position involves gaining expertise in working onthese digital tools, as well as supporting the delivery of successful productoutcomes.The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of, or a keen interestin developing an understanding of, the financial statement preparation process,along with a genuine aptitude for technology and Excel, and good communicationskills.Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, ChennaiKey Responsibilities:1. Deployment ofTechnology Solutions:a.Assist with the delivery andimplementation of the financial reporting tools at client sites, ensuringtimely and productive deployment.b.Work under the supervisionof experienced team members and meet project timelines and milestones.2.Client Requirement Gatheringand Analysis:a.Work with clients to gain anunderstanding of their existing financial statement preparation process.b.Gain an understanding of thedata that can be made available through the client's ERP for financialstatement preparation purposes.3.Customization andConfiguration:a.Configure the client'sfinancial statements on the financial reporting tool.4.Training and Support:a.Help client personneldevelop the knowledge and skills to effectively use the technology tools.b.Provide ongoing support toclients,
addressing any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.5.Quality Assurance andTesting:a.Conduct thorough testingafter implementation to ensure the configured outputs meet client requirementsand are free of defects.6.Stakeholder Reporting:a.Provide regular statusupdates to internal and client stakeholders.7.Collaboration and KnowledgeSharing:a.Share best practices andinsights with the team to enhance overall service delivery and clientsatisfaction.RequirementsEducational Qualification:1.Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant — candidateswho have cleared either group of CA Final; or2.A graduate or postgraduate in Commerce,Accounting or Finance (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, BBA/MBA in Finance) with a strongacademic record.Experience:1.0–4 years of experience in a relevant role, suchas financial statement preparation under the Ind AS, IFRS or US GAAPframeworks. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or articleship exposurewill also be considered.2.Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.3.Strong analytical skills, with the ability togather, analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions andrecommendations.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills; able tomanage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.4.Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingnessto learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging environment.5.Passion for financial technology and innovation,with a desire to contribute to the future of the industry.
