Handling IT-related activities at Patalganga

Answer and prioritize incoming telephone, email, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing technical problems.

Prepare and review the iServices daily and monthly call reports.

Allocate iServices calls to respective engineers as per their availability.

Maintain asset records in the Matrix Tool.

Follow up on empty cartridges with vendors through email and calls.

Follow up with HP, Dell, and Lenovo system vendors for in-warranty hardware support calls.

Process damaged material insurance claims in the system and collect documents for attachment to the claim.

Obtain quotations from vendors through email for IT hardware items and follow up on delivery through calls.





Access ARIBA software to generate purchase requisitions for material and service procurement.

Follow up on purchase requisition approvals with the respective HODs.

Follow up with the Purchase Team for purchase order generation.

Follow up with vendors regarding delivery of procured materials and coordinate with the PTG Store to verify delivered materials.

Monitor e-waste disposal of printers, desktops, laptops, mice, keyboards, and cartridges.

Generate asset disposal forms for systems to be scrapped.

Process GRNs in SAP with the IT HOD and maintain the tracking sheet until approval and GRN generation.

Any other responsibility or assignment allocated by the Department Head.
