Overview: Senior Manager, Vendor Management | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates onlyLocation: Onsite - Noida, IndiaPosition Type: Full time employeeWe’re looking for a Senior Manager, Vendor Management to lead how we bring on, contract, and work with our global network of vendors and freelancers. You’ll build that network ahead of demand, own contracts from first customization to renewal, and lead a team that keeps onboarding, invoicing, and compliance accurate as volume grows.What you’ll doExpand and diversify our global vendor and freelancer network ahead of demand, and identify new categories, geographies and skill setsQualify and onboard new vendors quickly without lowering quality or compliance standardsOwn the contract lifecycle for vendor and freelancer agreements, including customizing approved templates for each consultant, negotiation, renewal and trackingOversee invoicing, payment cycles and cost reconciliationTrack vendor performance against SLAs and OKRsLead, mentor and develop a team, and stay accountable for its compliance,



invoicing accuracy and contract executionBuild direct, credible relationships with key stakeholdersDrive automation in onboarding, invoicing and reporting so the work scales with volumeRequirements: What you bring8 to 10 years of experience in vendor management, procurement or operationsHands-on experience in contract administration and lifecycle managementAt least 3 years in a people leadership role with accountability for team outputBachelor’s degreePreferred: experience building or scaling a vendor or freelancer networkPreferred: a growth setting where vendor needs shift with client demandPreferred: professional services, BPO or client delivery background; L&D; or training services is a plusPreferred: cross-border vendor sourcing, vendor management systems or freelance platforms, PMP or Six Sigma, MBAIf you’ve built a vendor network, owned contracts end to end and led a team through growth, we’d like to hear from you.
