Overview: Program Manager – Client Engagement, Learning Services | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates onlyPosition Type: Full time employeeLocation: Onsite - Noida, IndiaAbut the Role Our team is looking for a Program Manager to own the overall health of a major client engagement, tracking every commitment across service areas while leading the client through a structured organizational transformation. This is a dual-facing role connecting our delivery teams with client leadership.What you'll doMaintain a single consolidated register of actions, decisions, and commitments across the engagement, chasing items to closureOversee implementation of the engagement's operating model across governance, administration, design, and capability partneringLead the client's organizational transformation and change management agenda, including stakeholder readiness, communications, and adoption trackingAct as the day-to-day bridge between the delivery team and client stakeholders,



resolving issues that span both organizationsMaintain the engagement-level risk and issue register and produce consolidated health reporting for governance forumsCoordinate across service areas to identify and unblock hand-offs before they affect deliveryRequirements: What you bring8+ years in program management, engagement management, or business change delivery, ideally in an outsourced or managed-services environmentHands-on experience leading organizational transformation or change management programs for a client, including stakeholder readiness and adoption tracking, not just methodology familiarityProven track record tracking delivery commitments to closure across multiple workstreams and organizationsExperience supporting a client's organizational restructuring or operating model implementationStrong grounding in program and change management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)Excellent executive reporting skills, able to distill a complex engagement into a clear narrativeChange Management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent) preferred; PgMP, PMP, or PRINCE2 also preferred; Bachelor's required, Master's preferredOccasional international travel to client site is expected.
