Overview: Learning Curator (Learning Experience Designer) | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates onlyLocation: Noida, India (onsite) Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleMost learning teams are good at building new content. Far fewer are good at keeping what already exists healthy. That's where this role comes in.As a Learning Curator, you'll own the ongoing health of an existing learning content library, deciding what stays, what gets refreshed, what gets retired, and how existing assets come together into learning journeys people actually want to complete. You'll work inside our Design Studio, partnering closely with Solutions Architects and the Learning Experience Director, but this is a hands-on, individual-contributor role. You won't manage a team or own production timelines; you'll bring the editorial judgment and curatorial instinct that keeps a content estate from going stale.If you have a sharp eye for what's working, what's outdated, and what's worth the effort to fix, we'd like to talk to you.What You'll DoContent Health Reviews Conduct regular reviews of existing content to confirm it's still accurate, relevant, and fit for purposeMaintain a content health register tracking review dates, owners, and remediation statusCheck content against current client processes, standards, equipment, and regulatory requirementsPrioritize remediation based on usage, risk, and business criticalityReport content health and outstanding remediation to the Learning Experience DirectorContent Refresh & ModernizationUpdate copy, examples, media, and assessments so existing courses stay current without a full rebuildFlag content that needs a full overhaul, routing it into the Design Studio's work stack with transparent reasoning and priorityRetire or archive obsolete content according to agreed governance practicesTrack how refresh work affects learner feedback, completion,



and content relevanceCuration & Content GovernanceMaintain clear guidance on what gets reused, versioned, adapted, or retired across the asset baseApply metadata and tagging conventions so content stays findable and reusableSpot gaps and duplication across the content portfolio and recommend consolidationMaintain accurate content inventories and version records alongside the LMS AdministratorLearning Consulting & Journey CurationCurate existing content, modalities, and touchpoints into coherent learner journeys for assigned programsAdvise stakeholders and Design Studio colleagues on how existing assets can be sequenced or reused for new needsApply adult learning and evidence-based design principles when recommending changesValidate refreshed content against brand and quality standardsRequirements: What You Bring4-6 years of experience in learning design, instructional design, content curation, or learning consultingDemonstrated experience reviewing, refreshing, and maintaining an existing library of digital and blended learning contentSolid working knowledge of learning design principles, adult learning theory, and content curation practicesEnough familiarity with authoring tools and LMS content structures to scope and specify updatesComfort consulting with stakeholders and subject matter experts to validate content accuracy and relevanceBachelor's degree in a relevant field-Nice to HaveStrong editorial judgment and attention to detailA curatorial instinct for what to keep, refresh, retire, or rebuildA consultative communication style with SMEs and program stakeholdersComfort managing a rolling review workload independently, with limited supervisionA practical approach to improving content within real time and budget constraintsA continuous improvement mindsetReady to Apply?If you know the difference between content that just exists and content that actually works, we want to hear from you.
