Our personalised learning platform, Companion, keeps that capability growing after the programme ends. The role You teach engineers to build and ship AI systems. You will lead delivery in our AI Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering cohorts, where participants learn to take a vague business problem and turn it into a working AI application inside a real client environment. You are a practitioner first and a teacher second, and the cohorts are only as good as the engineering you bring to them. What you will own
• Cohort delivery: Teach live sessions on LLM applications, retrieval, agents, tool use, evaluation and deployment. Code in front of the room and debug with learners as they get stuck.
• Labs and capstones: Build hands-on labs and real-world capstone projects. Review learners' code and give feedback that changes how they build.
• Forward deployed practice: Teach the field

Join discovery and proposal calls where engineering leaders need to trust the programme. Answer their hard questions on tools, architecture and security. What we are looking for Must have
• Min 8 years building software, with at least 2 years on AI or ML systems in production
• Shipped LLM applications end to end: retrieval, agents, evaluation, and deployment on a major cloud
• Strong Python and API skills, and daily use of AI coding tools in your own work
• Experience in forward deployed, solutions engineering, consulting or client-embedded roles, working directly with customer teams
• Ability to explain complex systems simply and debug live in front of a group
• Clear technical writing for labs, guides and reference projects Good to have
• Prior experience teaching: bootcamps, corporate training, mentoring or conference talks
• Enterprise integration experience (ERP, CRM, data platforms, security and compliance constraints)
• Open source contributions or public projects we can look at
• Exposure to enterprise buyers in India, Southeast Asia or the GCC How you will be measured
