Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel records management. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. The Human Resources Specialist will assist in handling employee queries, supporting performance management processes, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Day-to-day tasks also include coordinating HR documentation,



supporting training initiatives, and partnering with managers to address workforce needs. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills to support day-to-day employee lifecycle activities.
• Candidates should possess HR Management and HR Policies expertise to implement procedures, maintain compliance, and guide organizational practices.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and related HR processes to administer compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
• Relevant experience in retail or consumer-focused industries is beneficial.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office, with attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
