Role Description The Wedding & Floral Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for conceptualizing and executing floral and décor designs for weddings and related events. Day-to-day tasks include designing floral arrangements and installations, selecting flowers and materials, coordinating with vendors and venue teams, and overseeing setup and breakdown at event locations. The role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their vision, presenting mood boards and design concepts, and adjusting plans based on feedback and budget. The designer will ensure all décor elements align with the overall wedding theme, maintain quality standards,



and troubleshoot design and logistics challenges during event execution. This position also requires maintaining inventory of floral and décor supplies and supporting sales consultations by offering creative, design-focused recommendations. Qualifications
• Strong floral design capabilities, including experience in flower arrangements and event floral styling.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and manage client expectations.
• High level of creativity skills for developing unique concepts, color palettes, and thematic décor ideas.
• Sales skills to support client consultations, prepare proposals, and help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Relevant experience in wedding or event design, preferably in luxury or high-end segments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines.
• Comfort working on-site and during non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak wedding seasons.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with vendors, venues, and production staff.
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation for floral and décor elements.
• Formal training in floral design, event management, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
