Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and schools to promote Corizo's programs, workshops, and learning initiatives. 2. Campus Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage Campus Ambassadors across India to expand our campus network. 3. Leadership & Training: Train, mentor, and guide Campus Ambassadors, establish performance goals, and support them in achieving targets. 4. Marketing & Outreach: Plan and execute student-focused marketing campaigns through digital platforms and on-campus activities. 5. Sales & Lead Generation: Collaborate with sales teams and Campus Ambassadors to generate qualified leads, drive student registrations, and achieve monthly revenue targets. 6. Business Operations: Support day-to-day operational activities, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve outreach, engagement, and conversions. Preferred Qualifications &

Skills:
1. Educational Background:



Candidates with a degree or academic background in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields are preferred. 2. EdTech

Experience:
Prior experience in the EdTech industry, particularly in sales, business development, campus recruitment, or student engagement, will be an added advantage. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively. 5. Understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and lead generation. 6. Solid networking, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities. 7.
