Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Daman. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Daily responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards. The role also involves educating patients and families about treatment plans and preventive care, coordinating with diagnostic and pharmacy services,



and supporting multidisciplinary efforts to promote holistic patient wellness. Qualifications
• Skilled nursing

skills:
strong clinical assessment, patient monitoring, and hands-on care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Care coordination and communication: ability to collaborate with physicians, technicians, and pharmacists, and to communicate clearly with patients and families.
• Safety and quality practices: knowledge of infection control, medication administration standards, and hospital policies to support safe, high-quality care.
• Documentation and technology: proficiency in maintaining accurate nursing records and using hospital information systems or electronic medical records.
• Education and credentials: valid Registered Nurse license, with a diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
• Personal attributes: empathy, attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-paced workplace, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory patient care.

Experience:
prior hospital or clinical experience is highly beneficial; experience in diagnostics or pharmacy-linked care pathways is an advantage.
