Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Digital Khidki. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services. The role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing to sales strategies, and representing the company at events and industry forums. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
• Candidates should possess skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and customer service to support long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively convey value propositions and close deals.
• Candidates should possess strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market opportunities and contribute to growth plans.
• Relevant experience in marketing, public relations, media, or event management sectors is beneficial, especially in the arts or literary space.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
• Agency experience is mandatory.
