Role DescriptionWe are hiring Case Executives for our Ambernath office. The role involves customer communication, case coordination, document verification, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate case records.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding arbitration and conciliation cases.
• Communicate clearly with customers in their preferred language.
• Follow up on pending documents, requests, and case requirements.
• Maintain case records, call logs, and updates in MS Excel.
• Handle professional email communication and customer queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely case processing.
• Manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Qualifications & Requirements




• Fluent communication in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi (any one or more) is mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
• Good email communication and follow-up skills.
• Solid coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases accurately.
• Basic knowledge of arbitration or conciliation is an added advantage. Job Details
