• Managing social media: Handle social media accounts, plan content calendars, manage posting schedules, and keep things consistent.
• Thinking creatively: Come up with content ideas, campaigns, reels, posts, and concepts that people actually want to see.
• Giving creative direction: Brief designers, video editors, and other creatives. Know what you want, explain it clearly, and help turn ideas into great output.
• Coordinating with clients: Understand client requirements, communicate updates, collect feedback, and keep everyone on the same page.
• Managing projects: Track deadlines, follow up with the team, handle multiple projects, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Keeping up with trends: Know what's happening on social media, what's worth trying, and what's just another trend nobody needs to follow.
• Taking ownership: Don't wait for someone to tell you every little thing. Think ahead, solve problems, and make things happen. What we're looking for
