The position is fully work from home, with overseas travel possibly required in the future Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Manager with 15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, product design, and technical leadership to lead complex engineering projects and mentor senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead multiple mechanical design and product development projects from concept to validation and release.
• Drive concept development, mechanical design, assemblies, mechanisms, and engineering analysis.
• Lead DFMEA/PFMEA, root cause analysis, risk assessment, GD&T;, and tolerance stack-up reviews.
• Ensure product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and design compliance.
• Manage project timelines, resources, technical risks, and engineering deliverables.
• Mentor senior engineers and lead design reviews, customer discussions, and technical escalations. Required Skills




• Strong hands-on experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Expertise in GD&T;, DFMEA/PFMEA, DFMA, and engineering problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX and/or SolidWorks; knowledge of Teamcenter and CAE tools.
• Robust project management, team leadership, and customer communication skills. Preferred Experience Semiconductor equipment, precision engineering, electromechanical systems, motion systems, Siemens Capital, and global engineering projects. Education & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience with proven technical leadership and project management expertise.
