Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage the complete HR operations of our jewellery business, including recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, performance evaluation, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Handle employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee performance, discipline, and productivity.
• Manage employee grievances, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Maintain employee records and prepare regular HR reports.




• Support manpower planning for new branches and business expansion.
• Coordinate with management and department heads to meet staffing requirements.
• Experience Requirements
• Preferred

experience:
5–8 years in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team-leading role.
• Experience in jewellery retail, fashion retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or multi-location businesses is preferred.
• Experience handling recruitment for sales-driven organizations and large frontline workforces is an advantage.
• Experience establishing HR policies, recruitment systems, appraisal processes, and employee reporting systems is highly desirable. Ideal Candidate
