Role Description The Content Writer role at Valar is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore, with a monthly compensation of 18,000. In this role, the Content Writer develops clear, engaging content for web pages, product descriptions, blogs, and marketing materials that communicate Valar’s value proposition and industry innovations. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics related to coir pith, sustainable agriculture, and export operations, drafting and refining content, and ensuring consistency in tone and messaging. The Content Writer collaborates with operations, sales,



and leadership to translate technical information into accessible language for customers and partners. This role also involves maintaining brand guidelines and updating content to support campaigns, customer communications, and company announcements. Qualifications
• Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create clear, audience-focused content across digital channels.
• Ability to develop and apply Content Strategy aligned with business goals and marketing initiatives.
• Solid Research skills to gather accurate information on products, processes, and industry trends.
• Attention to detail in Proofreading to ensure error-free, polished, and consistent communication.
• Excellent command of English; robust grammar and vocabulary, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO-friendly writing is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Coimbatore and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in content writing is highly valued.
