Role Description The Software Test Analyst is a full time Client Assurance role, on-site role based in Maharashtra, India. The individual in this role will execute test cases, perform manual and functional testing, and validate software against business and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing requirements, preparing test plans and test scenarios, documenting defects, and collaborating with developers and product teams to ensure issues are resolved. • Candidates should possess strong Software Testing and Manual Testing skills for validating application functionality and user workflows.
• Client support and guidance on tested functionalities. ticket management.
• Candidates should possess Test Execution and Quality Assurance skills to plan, run, and document structured test cycles.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to requirements, identify defects, and suggest improvements.
• Experience with test case design, defect tracking tools, and regression testing is beneficial.
• Familiarity with compliance, finance, or enterprise workflows is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
