Rajkot, Gujarat Work arrangement: Office-based, with visits to project sites as required Reports to: Head of Operations / Management Role purposeMonitor the daily performance of Rocket Power’s solar projects and coordinate operations, maintenance, and after-sales service issues through to resolution. The role will work from the Rajkot office with site teams, O&M; partners, equipment suppliers, and OEM service teams.

Key responsibilities
• Track and record daily generation for all solar projects using plant monitoring portals, SCADA systems, and updates from site teams.
• Compare actual generation with expected performance and flag unusual drops, outages, communication failures, or recurring faults.
• Coordinate with site teams and O&M; contractors to identify issues and arrange inspections, maintenance, or repairs.
• Raise and follow up service requests with OEMs and suppliers for inverters, modules, trackers, transformers, SCADA systems, and other plant equipment.
• Arrange OEM or service-team site visits, access, required information, and coordination with the relevant site staff.
• Follow up on breakdowns, warranty claims, replacement parts, service reports, and pending corrective actions until closure.
• Maintain a central tracker of generation, faults, downtime, service tickets, site visits, spare parts, and issue status across all projects.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and check that planned maintenance and inspections are completed and documented.
• Prepare daily generation updates and periodic reports on plant performance, open issues, downtime, and service response.
• Keep project equipment records, warranty details,



service contacts, manuals, and maintenance reports organised and up to date.
• Escalate major generation losses, delayed service responses, safety concerns, and repeat equipment failures to management.
• Travel to project sites when required to support inspections, service visits, or issue resolution. Qualifications and experience
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in solar O&M;, solar service, electrical maintenance, or renewable-energy operations.
• Experience with ground-mounted solar plants and multi-site coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with solar inverters, modules, trackers, transformers, HT systems, SCADA, and plant monitoring platforms.
• Comfortable using Excel and preparing clear daily and monthly reports.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Gujarat when required. Key performance measures
• Daily generation data is collected, checked, and reported on time.
• Generation drops and equipment faults are identified and escalated promptly.
• Service tickets, site visits, and corrective actions are followed through to closure.
• OEM response and issue-resolution timelines are tracked.
• Preventive maintenance and service records are maintained accurately.
