Lead / Principal Google Workspace Consultant – Practice Lead (Full-Time) Duration: 12+ Months Remote work We are looking for an experienced Google Workspace Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join us as a full-time leader and build our Google Workspace Practice for Digile. In this role, you will be the technical authority and strategic lead responsible for shaping our service offerings, leading complex enterprise migrations, defining security and governance best practices, and mentoring technical teams. Key Responsibilities
• Practice Building & Strategy: Define, build, and scale our Google Workspace service offerings, architecture frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
• Architecture & Delivery: Lead end-to-end enterprise Google Workspace implementations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and legacy platform transformations (e.g., Exchange/Office 365 to Google Workspace).
• Security & Compliance: Architect identity, security, and governance models including SAML/SSO, Context-Aware Access, DLP, Google Vault, and advanced threat protection.
• Client & Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical SME during pre-sales, client discovery, and strategic delivery engagements.




• Automation & Engineering: Utilize Google Apps Script, AppSheet, GAM (Google Apps Manager), and APIs to streamline administration, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Team Mentorship: Build, train, and mentor a team of Google Workspace engineers and administrators as the practice grows. Required Qualifications

Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in IT collaboration systems, with 4+ years dedicated strictly as a Google Workspace SME/Architect.
• Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with Google Workspace Admin Console, Google Vault, GAM, AppSheet, Google Apps Script, and Workspace APIs.
• Migration Expertise: Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise migrations using tools like GWMME, GWMMO, or third-party migration platforms (e.g., BitTitan, Quest).
• Certifications: Google Cloud Professional Google Workspace Administrator certification is required.
• Business Acumen: Ability to present technical strategies to executive stakeholders and partner with sales/pre-sales teams to scope new opportunities. Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience working at or with a Google Cloud Premier Partner.
• Experience building or expanding a practice, team, or center of excellence in an IT consulting or MSP setting.
