Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development to final execution, ensuring alignment with CASA Virtue’s standards for luxury modular furniture and building materials. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, creating detailed design proposals, and preparing space plans, mood boards, and FF&E; specifications. The Senior Interior Designer will coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors, review construction drawings, and oversee site execution to maintain design quality and project timelines. The role includes mentoring junior designers, ensuring accurate documentation,



integrating CASA Virtue’s product range into design solutions, and supporting business development activities with design presentations and visualizations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design skills, including concept development, material selection, and design detailing.
• Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts, circulation, and functional zoning for residential and commercial interiors.
• Candidates should possess Architecture-related understanding to coordinate with structural and MEP designs and ensure design feasibility.
• Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills for preparing and reviewing detailed plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Candidates should possess FF&E; expertise for selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes aligned with project budgets and aesthetics.
• Professional proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to modular furniture or high-end residential/commercial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent qualified qualification.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work on-site in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis.
