Role Scope We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Senior Consultant – Record to Report (R2R) to support our client’s finance and accounting operations. The role includes managing accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, tax compliance, and management reporting, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Roles &

Responsibilities:
• Managing the execution team and preparing reports as required by the CFO.
• Preparation and monitoring of the Cash Flow Statement and its related tasks.
• Expense reporting:



analyze weekly expenses and report on variances.
• Checking and Posting of the Ledger entries as required for week-end close.
• Monthly preparation of financial statements for review.
• Performing Balance sheet reconciliation on a monthly basis and scrutinizing and reconciling the key accounts (e.g., inventory, fixed assets).
• Vendor and client account reviews: analyze AP and AR aging reports.
• Preparation of tax reports & tax returns.
• Assist in month-end close: support the finance team in closing accounts.
• Preparation of Management reports for the group company.
• Analysis of actual vs. budget figures and providing variance commentary from Actual to budget and Current month to previous year same month. Qualification & Experience
• CA Qualified / CA Dropout
• Must have appeared for CA Finals once
• Minimum 0-2 years of accounting experience; articleship experience is a must
• Experience with International accounting standards and tax regulations will be an edge.
• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and reconciliations. Skills
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interactions with the international client.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks). ?
