Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Recruit talent for Export Sales, Operations, and Support functions.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Monitor attendance, manage leave records, and coordinate payroll activities.
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, HR policies, and statutory compliance.




• Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee queries.
• Ensure smooth and efficient execution of HR processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience; skilled freshers may apply.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
