Job Description
The Service Engineer is responsible for performing daily service, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment. This role requires building and maintaining strong customer and peer relationships, completing administrative duties promptly, and performing other duties as assigned. Essential Job Responsibilities The Service Engineer performs the major functions listed below. Additional duties may be assigned.
• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair designated equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and implement field modifications.
• Manage parts ordering and repair turnaround times.
• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
• Communicate daily with customers to ensure issue resolution and appropriate follow-up.




• Maintain tools and test equipment and ensure proper calibration. Qualifications & Requirements
• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of IoT technologies is preferred.
• Based in the Hyderabad region.
• Possession of a private bike is required.
• Valid driving license and a good driving record.
• Demonstrated reliability and accountability.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Solid analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to understand and explain technical issues clearly.
