Role Description Admission Counselors at Profession Hike guide prospective learners through the college and course selection process, offering clear, personalized information on eligibility, admissions, and career options. In this full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, counselors conduct one-on-one consultations via in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital communication channels to address queries and provide direction. They help users compare institutions and programs, explain application procedures, and support them in completing admission-related steps. Admission Counselors maintain accurate records of interactions,



follow up with leads, and collaborate with internal teams to improve counselling resources and processes. The role requires consistent, professional engagement with learners and families to deliver a high-quality, reliable counselling experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and professionals.
