Role Description The User Interface Designer will work in office in Kanpur in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with developers, marketers, and other designers. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and web applications, designing mockups and UI components, and aligning visual design with brand guidelines. The role involves working with UX specialists to translate user research and wireframes into interactive, user-centered designs, and partnering with front-end developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.



The UI Designer will also participate in design reviews, iterate based on feedback and analytics, maintain design systems, and ensure consistency and usability across all digital touchpoints. Qualifications
• Strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills to create clean, modern, and engaging interfaces.
• Experience designing Mockups and interactive layouts using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including usability, accessibility, and user-centered design practices.
• Basic to intermediate Front-End Development familiarity (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Relevant experience in web or product design and a portfolio showcasing responsive, production-ready UI work.
• Ability to work on-site in Kanpur, manage multiple projects, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
