• Shift: Night Shift / Rotational Shift
• Salary up to ₹40,000/month (based on skills and experience) Responsibilities
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects via calls and email
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
• Prepare quotations and maintain sales records
• Resolve basic hardware, software and network issues
• Escalate complex issues and maintain support tickets Requirements




• Fresher to 3 years of experience
• Good verbal and written communication
• Basic knowledge of computers, software and networking
• IT, technical support or sales background preferred
• Comfortable with night and rotational shifts
